hi, i'm new to this forum and wondered why there seems to be more original cabbys for sale than sri 130s (even when you consider the low number of cabbys made compared to 130s)

Hi all, my name's Anth and I live with my wife and daughter in the northeast. I'm a project director at a design agency by day, and an artist by night. I've had more cars than I've had hot dinners, and that's saying something - my main passion is American muscle, but I've always had a thing for British Fords and Vauxhalls as well. ive fitted the carbs and am trying to work out what colour the fuel pump and ing live are from the multi plug above the gearbox. i need ignition live for the fuel pump (unless somebody can tell me how to wire the relay with out the injection wiring loom fitted) 1x ignition live to the coil (was going to use same live for pump) (earth is through the mount to chassis) ive searched on here as i do remember somebody telling us what colour wires do what but i cant find it now so thought id ask before i go looking through the haynes manual, but thats a bit of a pain because i have to find it first!

Hi everyone, I am looking to restore 3 Calibres in various states of repair. I've had 2 for a number of years and just bought another which is running. I have finally the budget and a bit of time to do this so decided to call upon my fellow enthusiasts to make this happen with the intention of doing it properly. I need a good panel beater who knows there cavs to start of with plus need to know who supplies the best red colour match paint as well as where I can get the stripes redone properly. I want to do one to original spec and one to be heavily modded in terms of engine and suspension but all will look as they should. The other one will be a bit of both and am happy …

Hi all, just a quick post to intoduce myself. This is my project car, 1985 SRi, one previous owner. I purchased the car in 89 drove it as my daily for approx 6 years and then garaged it which is where it has been ever since dry and warm. I decided at the start of the year it was time it saw the light of day again so currently working towards getting it ready for an MOT maybe feb/mar next year. Will go into more detail as it progresses. Yet to decide whether i will be keeping it or selling it once completed.

Hi all im Adam and this is my first Cavalier i bought at the weekend and im looking to get all the rust sorted over the summer and get it looking how it would have been back in the 80s. i have considered modifying it but i think i would just be ruining it. it drives beautifully and is very comfortable, my parents had one back in the 90s almost exactly the same apart from being a hatchback. opinions and idea will be greatly received and ill start a thread to show progress.
