This is the gathering information on who is coming.

As in previous years please do not amend the initial master summary post.

Please add your own post with the information requested and a Mod will add it to the master list before deleting it.

Again, do not put chat here as it will be deleted. Put it in the chat thread.

VBOA want to know

1. How many vehicles on the stand by day.  We want to know how many are Mk2 Cavaliers and how many others.

2. How many tents and their approx size e.g. 2, 3 , 4 person etc

3. Any caravans/motorhomes/trailers if any, as space is very limited.

So, when you say you are coming please state

- name (handle and real), what car, which day(s)

- if overnight your tent size, motorhome

I have just put this on the Facebook page.

We were one of the few Clubs that input our requirements to VBOA on time and we asked for space for 25/30 cars and 20 tents. In one of the lotteries of life we have ended up with the smallest pitch on the site but in a good spot.

The Club is having discussions on how to organise ourselves.

We know that those of you currently on our master list are in. If you are a member but not on that list, get on it. If you are not a Club member, join and get on the list to have any chance of getting on the stand.

Sorry about the quality of the layout but this is how it came. We are in the bottom row. I do not think we will have a problem but we will certainly have a lot less flexibility than at Billing.

Vehicle access is via the road at the bottom. The 'top' of the pitch is the 'front' of the stand with no access.

I think we had been on borrowed time with 10 years of the monza/royale club stand space added to our own. I would rather a tight club feel stand where people there REALLY want to be there than a massive space where people don't feel a sense of ownership etc. Agree that the space is based on numbers we put down based on real stand numbers. what happens now is down to our members PACKING THE STAND TO THE RAFTERS, so we get more space in the future.

Also - we need a rep that will be there for the full weekend, as I am trying to get out of a family do that clashes some of it.

Anyone there for the entirety able to step up and be a contact?

Further to Andy's request for a contact, all it really involves is attending the site meeting around 09.00 on Sat and Sun morning and giving a contact phone number for emergencies.

We really need someone and I need to give a name by the middle of next week (we leave these things a bit late), so if someone could volunteer it would be a huge help.

My house is on a plot 50x20 so I can visualise the space we will have quite easily, even if we get last year's numbers we should fit OK.

This is the official LMF map showing entrances etc, not to scale! We enter from the top entrance and will be pretty easy to find.

I am not there on Thursday to see what the pitch looks like in reality. An initial thought as to what our layout might be is below.

Will you guys who get there on Thursday check it out to see if its basic structure is likely to work please? Also keep the post that John of VBOA has put in the middle safe.
