  1. Hi

Looks very nice, very similar to mine  ;D.

Has the better interior with the wallet door pockets, I'm jealous >:D

ive got a pair of door pockets for a cdi if you want some
  2. there is a slight difference between fitting an engine that except from a couple of small details looks identical to the original engine fitting as standard

its a hugh change from original to convert a front wheel drive to rear wheel drive

i am trying to keep my ascona as close to the original factory specification as i possably can im only fitting non original parts as i have to used whatever parts i can get with the limited funds i have available

  3. Common! wash your mouth out.

Chop chop and get drifting i say

when i said "common" i mean't there is a higher number of L spec models left in existance compaired to the sr/sri/sri 130 models
  4. if your going to do a r/w/d converstion on a mk2 cav please do it on a more common model like an "L" spec it would be a shame to chop up such a rare model like an sr

  5. Please please please don't do that to her such a rare model deserves to be kept original the boss of the company i used to work for owns a mint 1961 Chevrolet corvette convertable and  i was gobsmacked when he took an industrial size angle grinder to it just so he could fit an independent suspension rear axle to it

It completely ruined what was a beautiful car sell it to matt orm he will cherish it and will give it a loving home

  6. hi mate and welcome to the site no its no joke all the names listed refer to the title given to this model by general motors as the J car
