thanks guy's im glad somebody appreciates it she gets looks and thumbs up but ive also been told the only good cav is a dead one to which i usually reply with two words the second being off! she needs a few bits cos im a bit heavy handed and have managed to break the drivers door handle :-[ and then managed to strip the plastic window winder of its lugs so moleys doin a fine job at the mo lol but need her straight cos its not fair she's lasted this long unscathed and now some chimp (me) starts bustin stuff if any one can help drop me a me message please so i can stop feelin guilty every time i look at her

;D hi all i just signed up after lookin at the site for a while i bought an '87 mk2 sri hatchback she got the smoked rear clusters and short ratio 'box still ridin on original steelies with original trims standard car except been lowered a lot want to put her back to factory standard tho she only done 82,000 she's still very solid too with only minor work done to arches on drivers side only!!! well i say original my mate put the rear window thru when loading a lawn mower into the boot but thats fixed now lol there are some pictures below if you follow the link the grey gti on there is my other baby she's just had a full engine rebuild and partial resto http://s1182.photobucket.com/albums/x459/rewd53/
