good to see its being saved and not scrapped, will be an interesting project to follow as you go along

Welcome to the site Adam, it looks a very good purchase
my advise would be run it as it is at the moment then if you feel the need or want to modify it then at least you will know the areas you want to improve, be it performance, handling etc -
cant go wrong with a cav with an XE, and agree on the LX interior, really nice seats
-
gives you another year to finish the white one then
-
-
Get it all done, drive it for a few months and see how you feel, if the enjoyment isn't there then you know it's the time to sell

Good to know this cavalier is still around and in good condition still
What you got planned? Keep it standard or modify?

Should we launch a twitter account? You may think that this is wrong place to raise it, but at shows it could help coordinate things on whats happening and when? It could also bring in the appetite for immediate gratification that FB brings to bring people on to the stand and drum up some club support.....just a thought.
Would you be happy to run the clubs twitter account Greg?

Good shout starting this now John as we need to step things up for next year, some more modern flags, bunting etc were mentioned while at the show

Looking good mate

If you guys want to continue this line of chat can you do it somewhere else please? I'll be deleting the O/T stuff.
Lock the thread then as obviously nobody else is going to reply to this thread

Eyes Paul.....use them. Its has holes where they shouldn't be
It looks shot blasted (or painstakingly rust wheeled off)....and its come up well. A few plates and all its good to go.
my iphone screen isnt big enough to see the details

well after being parked outside for some long that could be a long or could be a short list, my plan is get Paul to finish it and bang it in for an MOT and see what happens
-
thank god the floor still looks solid, if the floor had holes it would be back in the scrap yard by now!
*DISCLAIMER - there may well be holes i just haven't found them yet
-
is that a new floor or have you just blasted the paint off?
