Good evening,  does this count for Southerners too .... but I would come in the van , car is all tucked away for winter , just a thought I was thinking of taking the car too the Dorset steam fair this year as they are opening it up too classic / retro cars,  went there 4 years ago its massive , but not with the cav .....

Just a quick note ...

Had a good time meeting fellow cavalier lovers and for a show that was at the end off covid times , very well laid out and distance etc, felt safe ..... can't wait for another show too meet up again .

Earwig sarga .... we found 8 in the clothes bag ,when we shook the clothes out over the bath when we got home ....

Now I've seen a lxi saloon in the flesh , I am on the hunt for 1 , 2 door could be different or just a 4 door , any leads any one , I have a trailer too pick up ,Scotland too Cornwall , running or not ....

Here is some pictures off the lowering springs that I took off my lxi when I got it ....hardly any use ,the box says 1982 too 1988 ,taking them too the show if you want too pick them up ....£100  I will also bring a few bits n bobs with me ....

Hi everybody who is going too the show this weekend ..... has anybody got any new front indicators (clear) as mine have minor cracks in them , too do a trade for a set off lowering springs or purchase .....

I did a round trip of 540 mile round trip from Dover too Hull and back .... with a car trailer

Only a few little jobs too do , change the springs from lowered back too original ...

A couple of minor rust spots no bigger than the size of the end of your littlefinger ...

It was waxoiled from either new or very close too being new .... and it saved this cav .....

They are definitely different, almost all the dimensions are out starting with the distance between the centrelines of the mounting brackets.

Ive found somebody selling astra mk2 powersteering rack looks like its the same ....

I have a donor hatchback shell that will scrapped soon anybody want too cut any parts from it for repairing theres before i get rid off ....

Does any body now or tried fitting a calibra steering rack with power steering ..... and does it need the steering column ?

Its the shell test cavalier on google , its a 1988 on a f plate .... the pics are a few years old but still as mint with only a few minor marks as it was waxoyed from new ....

Does anybody have a cavalier with all the bits too retro fit powersteering on too a my lxi .... or does anybody now if the astra \ belmont of the same vintage fits ....

After a chassis mounting towbar for a hatchback , had one years ago on my lx ....

New too this site , just went from Dover too hull to pick up my lovely lxi cavalier , last weekend .... only a couple of minor bodywork blemishes too sort .... 

It is on lowering springs , but got the original too put back on ,
