Thanks for taking the time to pass on the information I asked - have seen the Sealey Sandblast Kit & think this is the way to go. Was looking at Soda Blast Kit from Eastwood but at £250 a bit steep. You have had great results with your gear so probably do the same. Your photos have spurred me on again to get back into the garage. Good luck with the LX

What kind of Sandblasting kit are you using & what grade of Sand or is it grit ? Next question - what size of Compressor are you using to supply the sandblaster ? I'm just about to invest in some gear so your advise would be great.

You can see where the shells for the Convertible were based on. The Door glass has the quarter lights as per convertible & on the Chevy whilst the 2-door Opel had the full glass.

Another Scottish car that has come south - an Edinburgh area reg & maybe from SMT Gargage who use to be in Lothian Road Edinburgh or from a gargage at Bilston outside the city or even Haddington.
