Hello and welcome to the forum
Get some photos of the car up, we all like to see photos
Which way are you leaning with the engine choices?
-
The early ones are always the best, bodyshells always look cook on a spit
-
That's a good list of stuff you have ticked off, what's next on the list to do?
-
How did the meeting go John?
-
Hello chris,
sorry to hear about your father passing away.
What kind of condition is the cavalier in? and where abouts are you? -
I feel your pain, up until one was scrapped I had 4 cars and none of them worked
-
Come on Chris that's a poor excuse, it's only a 5 hour drive each way from Blackpool

Have we located the gazebos? Weather forecast looks like we will be needing them and not to block out the sun!

Welcome (back) to the site, looks like a nice original cav you have there.
There are a few members on here dotted around the Somerset/Devon area. -

Very nice and looks very clean
looks to have a red/terracotta interior? which is my fav cav interior, even more than the SRi recaros -

@Paulyou can suggest it but I'm not sure what time Friday I'll be getting there Daughter is now a teacher and the Friday end of term day
scrap that idea, forgot you cant arrive on the thursday anymore, so a lot probably wouldnt be there till late on the friday evening anyway

Fair play @newbody for putting this post up, be good to get the spirit of the old billing back.
As has been said the main thing is good numbers of members, and if those members bring cavalier then all the better, but members are more essential than cars on the stand.
Also a central place for ALL members to sit and chat (drink) rather than several small groups. I know its natural to sit with the people you already know, i am as guilty of this as anyone else, but this year be nice to be one group.
Can i suggest a bbq for both friday and saturday nights?
