go to ypur photobucket  account page where you should have some pics that you have uploaded, select a picture, choose your size (medium) for eg, then by the pic is four boxes click on img code,then right click, then select copy, then come back to m2 cav site, select reply and then right click where text goes and select paste

its letting me copy but not paste

It's pretty much as Chris says; When you come to paste you need to have clicked in the reply window( - you will know you have done that as you will have a flashhing cursor to the left of where you clicked) then just right click and go to "paste" or hold CTRL and tap V. (which is quicker than right clicking etc.. if it has worked the text with (IMG) will be at the cursor!

I can see me doing a how-to on this shortly
