    theres a simple switch fitted on the drivers door, under where the mirror fits if I remember. You only need the actuator/servo motor when you fit remote locking

    A mate who owned E100HFE went to Litchfield 20 odd years back to collect the last rear box on the rack.... hens teeth then, let alone now!

    the jack as far as I remember is same on astras of similar age, but after 91 ish the wheel bolts changed from 19mm to 17mm. heres an astra jack on the bay.... 333176942087

  12. good old fashioned jet wash sorts old cav trim out..... other than the stench of mouse.

  20. as far as I know, they will be the same on all except 2 door........
  21. ive got the same problem, a bracket spotwelded for the dash has partly come away behind the clocks. its on my to do list have an assistant with a hose outside, douse the roof +screen etc while you hunt the leak.......
  22. drop the interior light and visor, and the lining carefully, you'll get an idea if the roofs leaking from its front drains
  23. not had mine to bits for a while, how are the heater motors sealed on these cars.........
